1. Returns

• You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it

• In the original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and photo's where applicable

2. Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

5. How to Return

• We will provide you with a return address and instructions

• PLEASE DO NOT SEND RETURNS WITHOUT NOTIFYING US IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. RETURNS ADDRESSES VARY DEPENDANT ON THE PRODUCT. SHOULD WE RECEIVE A RETURN DESTINED FOR ANOTHER LOCATION, AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND
