Our products are stored in different destinations. Products are dispatched within 1-2 working days from the date the payment is received. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day.
A standard 48 hour tracked rule will apply for all parcels though carriers will vary dependent on the product purchased, weight, order value and location of the delivery address. Please allow up to five working days
We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Orders below £25 are subject to a flat delivery fee of £3.99 due to the nature of being a small business and the delivery charges that are charged to us by the shipping carriers. Orders for £25.01 and above will receive free shipping
It is the customers' responsibility to ensure all delivery details are correct at the time of placing an order. We will not be held responsible for any problems encountered from incorrect details
Should your order be delayed, damaged or not arrive - please contact the courier directly in the first instance. You can also email us at 'thequietemberltd@outlook.com' to inform us of any of the above and we will do our upmost to assist your enquiry with the carrier. Please be aware as some of our products are dispatched from other businesses, time will be needed for us to liaise with them to also raise a query with the delivery company at their side should it be required
